You can count on OneCall to get your purchased items delivered to you safe and on time. We offer a variety of FedEx delivery options for shipments to physical addresses anywhere in the United States, and United States Postal Service (USPS) delivery to most other domestic addresses.

Shipping and Handling Options
- Our basic shipping options include FedEx Ground or United States Postal Service (USPS), depending on the product you're purchasing.
- In many cases, we offer free FedEx Ground delivery; please refer to the product page to determine if your item qualifies.
- We currently do not offer FedEx Ground service or free shipping to Hawaii or Alaska.
Please note that OneCall does not accept international purchases.

Calculating Shipping Costs
Most of our items are shipped free of charge. For items that do involve shipping fees, your charges will be calculated as you place the items in your shopping cart.
Once you've selected your products, you can adjust shipping methods as well as shipping locations in your shopping cart. The shipping charges will automatically adjust to match your choice. For example, if you live in California and wish to have your order shipped to Arizona, the shipping charge will automatically recalculate to reflect the destination address.
In rare circumstances, extended delivery areas or extremely heavy groups of items may require additional freight charges. Once we evaluate the weight, distance, and shipment location, we'll call or email you a shipping quote before your credit card is ever charged.
For some orders, OneCall requires a signature when your package is delivered. This is a safety measure designed to ensure that you receive your order. If your package were to be left outside without your signature, the potential for loss would increase considerably.
- We will be happy to ship to your place of business or another location that is more convenient for you.
- You can change your Ships To location for any or all of the items in your cart.
Refused or Undeliverable Items
Customers will receive less than full credit on any merchandise either refused or returned to sender as undeliverable (other than freight–damaged goods) due to return shipping charges.
Delivery to APOs and FPOs
We ship to APO and FPO addresses via USPS. If you do not see this option available, please call our customer service team at
Oversized items such as large televisions and tower speakers ship via motor freight to the 48 contiguous states only. We take great care to ensure that your item arrives safely.

White Glove Service
Our regular motor freight delivery includes "curbside" service at the destination address. We will be happy to provide our White Glove Service, which includes delivery into your home, unpacking, and carton removal. We charge an additional fee for this service, so please give us a call toll free at
