Here at OneCall, we’re committed to providing our customers with a safe online experience—including solid protection of any information we collect. That’s why we’ve installed advanced encryption and authentication tools to protect every page containing customer information.

We protect each page on which your personal information is requested or recalled—such as your shopping cart or the credit application form. If your browser is set to its defaults and you’re on a protected page, a small yellow lock icon will appear in the status line of your browser (at or near the very bottom of your screen). The lock icon signifies that any information being sent or received is using a Secure Sockets Layer, or SSL. SSL is an advanced encryption technique that ensures secure data transfer between your browser and OneCall’s Secure Server.

OneCall has been a member of the Better Business Bureau’s BBBOnline Reliability program since December 1997. According to the BBB, “OneCall meets all BBBOnLine Reliability participation and Better Business Bureau membership standards and is authorized to display the BBBOnLine Reliability seal."
