Temporary closure of our shipping operations
Since 1996, OneCall has been proudly providing consumer electronics expertise to the online and mail-order community. As the coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to impact our community in an unprecedented way, our focus is on the health and safety of our employees, customers and community.
As we navigate this difficult time, we are following the guidance of the local, state, and federal governments. Following the recent Stay Home, Stay Healthy order issued by Washington State, we have temporarily closed non-qualifying operational activities starting midnight on March 25, 2020 lasting until April 6, 2020. Our customer care staff are working remotely and will remain available to take your calls. They can be reached at 800-340-4770 or firstname.lastname@example.org Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8AM and 6PM. We will provide updates on our website and social media platforms as new information become available.
Again, our priority is the health and safety of our employees, customers and community as we all work together to mitigate the spread of COVID-19. We will continue to work closely with government officials and local authorities to ensure we are meeting the needs of our employees and our community.
