Electronics purchased from our company with at least a 90 day manufacturer limited warranty in the United States.

When Will The Plan Begin?

All plans begin from the date of purchase of the covered electronics and are inclusive of the manufacturer's limited warranty.

Are Power Surges Covered

Yes, power surges are covered from day one. Electronics do need to be connected to a surge protector to be covered. Direct lighting strikes are not considered power surges, and are excluded from coverage.

What Is Accidental Damage From Handling?

Accidental impacts, drops, bumps and liquid spills (for covered products, if an accidental damage plan is purchased).

What products qualify for Accidental Damage from Handling (ADH)?

Laptops, tablets and cameras (accidental damage plans only)

What Is The Limit Of Liability?

The original product retail price, before tax, less any paid claims.
