Returning TVs & Other Large
Items Shipped via Motor Freight

When you receive your package from us we recommend that you keep all packing material for at least 30 days in case you need to return it.
  • If your package was damaged in shipping
    We'll have our carrier contact you to schedule a return. If the package was obviously damaged at the time of delivery, please refuse the delivery and call us at 1.800.663.5255 right away. The video below explains the steps we take to ensure your TV or other large item arrives in perfect condition.
  • If your TV does not seem to functioning properly
    We'll gladly help troubleshoot and determine how to solve the problem. If we can't fix it, we'll arrange for service to assess the television. If the department doesn't resolve the issue, we'll have our carrier contact you to schedule an exchange or return.
  • If you just don't like it
    We will accept your return; we just ask that you pay for the return shipping and any associated processing fees. You'll also need to package the product in its original box with all of the original packing material, accessories and outer box if necessary. We'll have our carrier contact you to schedule an exchange or return.

Returning Defective Items

Defective items can be returned to our retail store within 30 days of the purchase date providing you still have the original manufacturer box and packaging. Please include a quick note on with a detailed description of the defect and how to replicate the problem. Based on your preference, we can either exchange or refund your purchase. Refunds will be issued in the same manner as the original form of payment (credit card, PayPal, check, etc). Please note that additional fees may apply in the event of missing parts or accessories.

Returning New & Like-new items

OneCall will accept returns of factory-sealed or open like-new merchandise within 30 days of the purchase date. The original manufacturer’s packaging is required for a refund. We can offer a refund or exchange based on your preference. Refunds will be made in the same manner as the original form of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, Check, etc). Please note that additional fees may apply in the event of missing parts or accessories.

Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on the following items:
  • Special-order merchandise
  • Projection lamps
  • Personal and healthcare items
  • Custom cut-to-length audio or video cable
  • Products with a missing or altered serial number
  • Products with a different serial number than was fulfilled on your order
  • Products with a missing or altered UPC

  • Return Merchandise must be double-boxed if being shipped, with no writing on the manufacturer's box. Some larger TVs do not require double boxing. Please call us at (866) 340-9998 if you have questions.

How Long does it take to get my refund?

Returns that meet the above conditions will be processed within 5 business days following receipt. Processing may be slightly extended during peak business periods.
